Colter Coffee was named after the legendary mountain man, John Colter, who is best remembered for his exploration of the uncharted American West.
Colter was a fearless trailblazer whose tales of fortitude include epic journeys with Lewis and Clark, brutal tests of unforgiving wilderness, and improbable escapes from Native American warriors. Colter cemented his status as a historical icon when he became the first known person of European descent to enter the region which is now Yellowstone National Park.
John Colter's passion for discovery and exploration is exemplified by Colter Coffee as we push the boundaries of coffee excellence
